After forming Concrete Culture in September 2020, we identified a common need for Arts & Community space. We swiftly set our sights on Southend’s biggest landmark building, the legendary Kursaal.
Since then we’ve been talking to the people of the town about their thoughts on what the Kursaal is, was, and should be. Every step of the way we have prioritised conversation with the community, believing this is the most important and exciting part of shaping its future success.
